We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. \nResponsibilities:\n- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and drive strategies and critical initiatives to grow the business\n- Set expectations for how well the business should be performing, such as annual revenue planning (in the long-term) \n- Actively manage business performance to identify and remediate issues; communicate to key stakeholders via operational cadences including: regular Business Reviews and Project-based Business Deep-Dives\n- Screen the market for analytical insights on competing media platforms, large global accounts, and shed light on TikTok's future growth strategy\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n- 3+ years of strategy, business operations, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical experience.
