Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates.\nWe're looking for a LIVE Operations Intern to provide support, working closely with the TikTok Nordics LIVE team based in Stockholm. In this role, you will assist Business Development, Agency and Creator Managers by supporting new agencies and creators, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer experience.\nResponsibilities\n- Daily Operations: Assist in resolving various issues encountered by creators during the LIVE process, by addressing day-to-day challenges, including operational hurdles, trust & safety concerns etc\n- Training and Education: Assist in developing and localising educational materials for creators ensuring they are well-versed in operational guidelines, trust & safety policies, and platform features. \n- Campaign Operations: Support in configuring, localising and executing campaigns to help enable seamless campaign operations and summarising campaign results for future improvements\n- Operational Processes: Collect and analyse operational challenges daily workflows and organise this feedback to identify opportunities for improvement to increase operational efficiency\n- Project Support: Be able to support the execution of a broad range of projects, from in person events to online initiatives\n- Community Management: To support implementing communication strategies and effective ways to engage a broad LIVE creator community.
