basis - we encourage you to apply early.\nResponsibilities:\n- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll activities, including collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting;\n- Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy;\n- Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies or regulatory changes;\n- Prepare payroll reports and analysis, supporting finance in audits (internal/external);\n- Oversee payroll vendors, ensuring strict adherence to contracts and SLAs;\n- Liaise with authorities (e.g., social security, tax) to ensure compliance;\n- Collaborate with HR business partners and HR operations to improve employee experience.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Masters in Accounting/Finance or Data Management, or a related field. \n- Strong academic performance in areas such as mathematical equations or financial modeling;\n- Excel
