The scope and level of responsibility will be tailored to the successful candidate's experience and capabilities.\n- Conduct and support physical security investigations involving personnel, assets, vendors and security incidents, including fact-finding, evidence gathering, interviews, documentation and reporting.\n- Assess security incidents and concerns, identify potential risks, recommend appropriate actions and escalate matters when necessary.\n- Support incident response activities, including urgent or sensitive cases requiring effective coordination, sound judgement and discretion.\n- Participate in or lead physical security red team testing, security exercises and control assessments across different locations.\n- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, HR, Ethics, Workplace, Facilities, IT, Risk Control and business leadership, to support investigations and strengthen security practices.\n- Prepare and maintain investigation plans, case records, testing scenarios, reports, corrective action plans and lessons-learned documentation in accordance with internal procedures.\n- Identify security vulnerabilities, recurring incident patterns and control gaps, and contribute to practical improvements in physical security processes and capabilities.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n- Relevant experience in physical security, investigations, corporate security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, risk management, internal audit or a related field.\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information objectively, identify inconsistencies and reach evidence-based conclusions.\n- Sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive, ambiguous or high-pressure situations enforcement, government security, intelligence or physical security operations.\n- Experience conducting or supporting investigative interviews, evidence handling, open-source research, case management or incident reporting.\n- Familiarity with physical security controls, including access control, surveillance systems, guarding operations and facility security.\n- Exposure to physical security red team testing, vulnerability assessments, security exercises or related activities.\n- Experience working in a multinational organisation, technology company or complex operational environment.\n- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on sensitive investigations or security incidents.\n- Relevant professional certifications, such as CPP, PSP, PCI, CFE, ACPIP, ACI or equivalent, are
