experiences.\n- Create, update, and maintain training content to ensure materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with product or process changes.\n- Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluation materials to measure learner understanding and training effectiveness.\n- Support the administration and maintenance of learning content within the LMS, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and up to date.\n- Use authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and other learning content development tools to create digital learning materials.\n- Work closely with product trainers to understand product updates, user needs, and business priorities, and translate them into effective learning solutions.\n- Collect and organize learner feedback, content usage insights, and training data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\n- Support day-to-day project coordination in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while demonstrating accountability and ownership.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.\n- Strong interest in learning design, onboarding, training content development, or user education.\n- Working languages are Chinese and English; Proficiency in Chinese is required primarily to facilitate coordination and communication with Chinese counterpart partners.\n- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly and create learner-friendly content.\n- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Docs/Sheets, or similar tools.\n- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including managing and updating training content in response to frequent product iterations.\n- Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to take ownership with guidance.\nPreferred Qualifications\n- Internship, project, or academic experience related to instructional design, training, learning content creation, or education.\n- Familiarity with content authoring tools like Articulate 360, knowledge management, and experience using AI tools is a plus.\n- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and incorporating feedback into content updates and
