Responsibilities

Utilize data analysis, modeling and/or other optimization methods to develop and implement governance policies and operating frameworks for an internal CRM platform.

Design and execute platform governance strategies that align CRM functionality with monetization, sales, and enterprise operational objectives.

Define and manage data access control models to ensure data integrity, security, and appropriate role-based permissions across global user groups.

Establish and maintain operational processes for CRM user enablement, including structured training programs, documentation standards, and adoption playbooks.

Analyze CRM platform usage data, engagement metrics, and operational performance indicators to identify adoption gaps and optimization opportunities.

Develop analytical reporting and dashboards to provide leadership with insights on platform effectiveness, user behavior, and governance compliance.

Lead cross-functional program initiatives to improve internal tooling efficiency through workflow optimization and system-level enhancements.

Design escalation and support workflows for CRM users, including issue triage, resolution tracking, and root cause analysis of recurring platform issues.

Translate business and operational requirements into actionable program plans that influence CRM product roadmap prioritization and feature enhancements.

Continuously evaluate emerging CRM technologies and governance best practices to drive process innovation and scalable platform improvements.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Operations Research or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Operations Research or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:

Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies;

Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention;

Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution;

Translating data using SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Excel; and

Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall or Agile methodologies.

Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 15%.

Salary Range: $120973 - $168000 per year
