operational programs, with a strong focus on compliance-related initiatives and globally scalable solutions where applicable.\n- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Employment Legal, Systems, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into practical and scalable workflows.\n- Lead operational readiness for new process rollouts, including governance, documentation, communications, and change management.\n- Identify recurring operational pain points and escalations, and drive durable improvements through process changes, automation, or workflow enhancements.\n- Monitor operational health signals and recurring themes to proactively surface risks and improve workflow usability, reliability, and scalability.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum
