market research and analysis to identify long-term monetization opportunities and trends in digital advertising\n- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop monetization strategies for all major ad products, including ad creatives, ad measurement, and all major branding and performance product lines\n- Analyze internal and external factors that impact monetization, such as market trends, competitive landscape, to inform strategic decision-making\n- Monitor revenue performance and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements to drive revenue growth\n- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute on monetization strategies and achieve revenue targets\n- Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging monetization opportunities in
