We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our commercial team in the Canada, to help build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users and partners alike. \nResponsibilities:\n- Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth\n- Discover innovative collaborative models that align to the merchant's short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently\n- Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams\n- Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistics solutions to all sellers\n- Update active sellers on platform's product developments and new promotional opportunities\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n- Candidates who have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce business with mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred;\n- Track record of delivering & exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals\n- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills\n- A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes\nPreferred Qualifications:\n- Familiar with content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred;\n- Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred.\nThe Company is committed to leveraging new technologies and working efficiently.
