The Category Manager role is responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, and driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business.\nResponsibilities: \n- Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth\n- Discover innovative collaborative models that align to the merchant's short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently\n- Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams\n- Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistics solutions to all sellers\n- Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n- Track record of delivering & exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals\n- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills\n- A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes\nPreferred Qualifications:\n- 3+ years experience in e-commerce business with mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred\n- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms;
