This team is responsible for incubating and scaling creator agencies (CAP/TAP) in the UK TikTok Shop ecosystem, with the mandate to build a healthy, high-quality agency supply that powers sustainable creator and GMV growth.\nResponsibilities:\n1. Creator Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier and mid-tier creators on TikTok Shop UK, driving GMV growth, creator engagement, content productivity, and long-term creator development through tailored operational strategies.\n2. Data-Driven Growth: Analyse creator performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute initiatives across product selection, content strategy, creator campaigns, and incentives to improve content supply and e-commerce performance.\n3. Creator Ecosystem Development: Build a strong understanding of the UK creator ecosystem, proactively identify high-potential creators, and develop scalable playbooks and best practices to drive creator acquisition, activation, and growth.\n4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with category, seller, product etc teams, as well as brands and influencer agencies, to deliver creator growth initiatives, facilitate brand-creator collaborations, and drive incremental GMV.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n1. 3+ years of experience in creator operations, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or content operations, LIVE experience is a plus.\n2. Strong understanding of the UK creator ecosystem, including local creators, influencer agencies, and social commerce trends. Direct experience working with UK creators or agencies is highly preferred.\n3. Proven experience in managing and growing creator portfolios, ideally covering both top-tier and mid-tier creators, with a track record of driving commercial results.\n4. Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.\n5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English is required.\nPreferred Qualifications\n1. In-depth understanding of the UK creator economy and TikTok ecosystem; existing relationships with UK creator agencies a strong plus.\n2. Prior experience scaling agency networks (recruitment + incubation + retention) at a content platform or marketplace.\n3. Strong communication skills across audiences - from agency principals to internal leadership.\n4.
