The ideal candidate should possess a strong electromechanical background, capable of resolving complex technical anomalies while maintaining a systematic operational mindset to preempt risks and collaborate on system-wide technical upgrades.\nWhile daily execution at each site is led by an LSP, the Regional Operations Manager ensures alignment, standardization, and scalability across all sites. This role requires expert-level understanding of end-to-end sort center operations, strong people leadership, and the ability to influence both internal leaders and external partners to deliver results at scale.\nResponsibilities\n- Lead the installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of sorting equipment (e.g., cross-belt, shoe, and swivel wheel sorters).\n- Establish and optimize equipment maintenance systems; develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets are met.\n- Respond promptly to technical anomalies; develop a fault knowledge base and utilize data analysis for early risk warning and prevention.\n- Drive equipment modifications and process optimizations based on electromechanical logic; collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration with WCS/WMS and other sorting systems.\n- Manage third-party maintenance teams and coordinate with vendors for spare parts management and high-level technical support.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.\n- 3+ years of hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and O&M of automated sorting equipment.\n- Proficient in sorting equipment principles; familiar with PLC logic, sensor applications, and mechanical transmission systems.\n- Understanding of sorting system (WCS/WMS) interaction logic; capable of troubleshooting complex hardware-software integration issues.\n- Systematic thinking with the ability to derive systemic solutions from individual issues;
