From purchase through launch across all channels, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external teams, vendor communications, and accurate representation of product and product data management. Other minor duties may be assigned. \nProject Management & Execution: Oversee the procurement, organization, and distribution of multiple materials and information, ensuring all deadlines and timelines are met.\nCoordinate Collection Launch Workflow: Coordinate the development and follow through on assets and workflow for new collection launches, ensuring timelines are met with exceptional quality and consistency.\nVendor Management: Foster strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are upheld.\nCross-Functional Team Communications: Act as the liaison between product teams and departments such as marketing, creative, and web teams to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless execution of product collection launches.\nData Management: Work to ensure that all data for new products and old products are up to date and accurate. Maintain accurate understanding of systems and manage product data with precision.\nTask Management: Utilize and optimize workflow tools (e.g., Monday, Teams, Excel) to effectively manage tasks and ensure smooth project execution.\nAdditional Duties: Perform other related tasks as needed to support the product and operations teams.\n\nQualifications\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.\nEducation: A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.\nExperience: 3-5 years of experience in a product-centric industry or consumer goods. \nSkills & Expertise:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.\nExperience using project management software and ERP systems.\nCore Competencies:\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.\nAdept at problem-solving and critical thinking, especially in dynamic, fast-paced environments.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.\n\nBenefits\nAt Soho Studio/TileBar, each eligible employee receives a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short-Term Disability in addition to a Company match on 401K, and Free Weekly Lunch. Our employees also receive Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, and Personal Days.\n\nCompensation\n$75,000 - 85,000 per year\nActual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
