In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory.\n\nTileBar is seeking a Trade Sales Representative, serving our residential clients. This role blends remote client engagement with in-person meetings and light travel. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong relationship-building skills who thrives in both digital and face-to-face sales environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary contact for a portfolio of A&D clients, providing expert guidance and product recommendations.\nProactively engage with new and existing clients via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.\nTravel to client offices, trade shows, and networking events as needed (minimum 20% of the time)\nManage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction.\nProcess quotes, orders, and account activities using our CRM system.\nCollaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new product offerings and industry trends.\nMaintain a service-oriented approach, addressing customer inquiries promptly.\n\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.\n3-5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development, preferably within the tile, flooring, or design industry.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the internal team.\nComfortable with CRM software and digital communication tools.\nWillingness to travel occasionally \n\nAbout TileBar\nAt TileBar, we are committed to fostering a workplace that embraces and celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our employees also receive Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, and Personal Days.\n\nCompensation\n$60,000 - 65,000 per year\nActual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
