We are seeking a meticulous team player with a passion for organization, efficiency, and delivering top-tier support to both clients and internal teams.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for cataloging, tracking, and distributing product samples to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. You will play a vital role in ensuring our sample room is well-stocked, functional, and aligned with showroom operations. By maintaining a seamless and efficient sample management process, you will enhance the overall customer experience and support the sales team in providing premium service. Other minor duties may be assigned. \n\nSample Management and Documentation\nReceive, catalog, and organize product samples in the sample room, ensuring seamless accessibility.\nMaintain an accurate inventory system, tracking sample movement, availability, and distribution.\nProactively monitor sample stock levels, request replenishments as needed, and optimize storage for efficiency.\nMaintain detailed records of all sample activity, including tracking systems and databases.\nGenerate reports on sample utilization, inventory levels, and any discrepancies to support showroom operations.\n\nSample Room Organization and Maintenance\nKeep the sample room clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and team members.\nRegularly update displays and sample presentation areas to showcase products effectively.\n\nQuality Control\nInspect all incoming and outgoing samples to ensure they meet TileBar’s quality standards.\nCommunicate any quality issues or discrepancies to the appropriate teams for resolution.\n\nCompliance and Safety\nAdhere to safety protocols for handling and storing samples, particularly for specialized or fragile materials.\nEnsure compliance with company guidelines and industry best practices for sample management.\n\nTeam Collaboration\nWork closely with showroom staff and internal teams to uphold brand standards and exceed client expectations.\nAssist with additional showroom and sales-related tasks as needed to enhance the client experience.\n\nBrand Representation\nRepresent TileBar with professionalism and positivity, embodying our values, vision, and dedication to exceptional service.\nContribute to our friendly, knowledgeable, and service-driven culture.\n\nQualifications\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.\nHigh school diploma required; additional education or certifications in inventory management, logistics, or a related field is a plus.\nExperience in sample coordination, inventory management, or a similar role within a showroom, design, manufacturing, or product-related environment.\nStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and managing inventory.\nProficiency in inventory management systems or software for cataloging and tracking samples.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with basic safety procedures and regulations for handling different types of samples.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. for sample movement and showroom maintenance.\nWeekend availability is required.\n\nTalent Standards for Success\nAt TileBar, how we work matters as much as what we achieve.
