Aufgaben 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support (vor Ort & remote) Fehleranalyse bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen Einrichtung von Windows-Clients, Notebooks, mobilen Geräten & Peripherie Unterstützung bei Rollouts und IT-Projekten Pflege von Tickets, Inventar & Dokumentation Basis-Support für Netzwerk-Themen (Switches, Patchfelder etc.) Qualifikation Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld, gerne als Berufseinsteiger nach Ausbildung Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11/Server und Microsoft 365 Basics Routine im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen Freundliches Auftreten, Lust auf Support und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Nice to have: Erfahru
