je voelt snel aan wat een klant écht nodig heeft (ook als hij het zelf nog niet goed weet).\n\nJe denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen - en je krijgt energie van dingen in beweging zetten.\n\nVerandering schrikt je niet af - integendeel, je helpt anderen er net comfortabel mee worden.\n\nJe neemt initiatief, durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en wacht niet tot iemand je zegt wat je moet doen.\n\nNauwkeurigheid zit in de details -
