Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau, Betrieb und Optimierung von komplexen Infrastrukturen mit hohen Anforderungen an Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Performance
  • Beratung, Aufbau, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Kubernetes bzw. OpenShift Umgebungen
  • Aufbau und Betrieb von Postgres, Kafka und MongoDB Umgebungen
  • Beratung, Aufbau und Deployments von Microservices in dem beschriebenen Kontext
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten sowohl in der Konzeption wie auch bei der Implementierung neuer Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den ICT-System-Architekten, Projektleitern und Kunden
  • Systems Engineering-Tätigkeiten in den entsprechenden Fachgebieten

Ihr Profil

  • Fachhochschul-, ETH-, Uni-Abschluss im Fachgebiet Informatik
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Systems Engineering Linux mit fundierten Kenntnissen in mehreren der nachfolgenden Gebiete, bevorzugt mit entsprechenden Zertifizierungen
  • Analytisches und interdisziplinäres Denkvermögen
  • Unternehmerisches, eigenverantwortliches sowie qualitatives Handeln, kunden- und ergebnisorientiert
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen
  • Strukturierte und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise
  • Kommunikative, team- und konfliktfähige Persönlichkeit mit gutem Durchsetzungsvermögen

Zwingend mitzubringendes Fachwissen:

  • Linux und/oder UNIX Betriebssysteme z.B. RedHat (oder Derivate), Ubuntu, Debian
  • Container Orchestrierung im Bereich Kubernetes und OpenShift

Erwünschtes Fachwissen:

  • Orchestrierung und Automatisierung z.B. Ansible
  • Messaging Plattform Erfahrung z.B. Kafka
  • Servervirtualisierungslösungen z.B. VMware vSphere
  • Scripting z.B. Bash Shell, Perl
  • Server-, Storage-und Backupsysteme
  • Erfahrung mit modernen KI-gestützten Entwicklungswerkzeugen wie Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot oder ähnlich
  • Weiteres Fachwissen erwünscht

Von Vorteil:

  • Erfahrung in regulierten Branchen z.B. Banken oder Payment.
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud Lösungen wie Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Plattform (GCP) oder Microsoft Azure
