ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end software project delivery across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nDefine project scope, milestones, resource plans, timelines, and delivery commitments.\nLead cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, Business Analysts, and DevOps professionals.\nFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, reviews, and retrospectives.\nAnalyse requirements and translate them into actionable tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nCoordinate technical planning, effort estimation, integrations, releases, and deployment activities.\nIdentify and manage project risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes.\nMaintain project documentation and communicate progress, risks, and delivery updates to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with UK-based stakeholders and distributed teams during UK business hours.\nRequired Skills & Experience7+ years of overall IT experience, including significant Technical Project Management experience.\nProven experience managing software development projects across the complete SDLC.\nStrong understanding of .NET / .NET Core and C#.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.\nExperience with Angular and/or React.\nUnderstanding of REST APIs, web services, system integrations, and application architecture.\nStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery practices.\nExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD processes.\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.\nExcellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams.\nPreferred: Experience with enterprise applications, B2B SaaS products, UK-based clients, complex integrations, and PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certifications.\nImportant Eligibility CriteriaCandidates must
