This role is crucial for revenue recognition and customer experience.\nYour work life:\nAssist Sales Team in retrieving data and ensuring all submitted documents are in order. \nCoordinate with Sales to ensure smooth order processing and documentation. \nReview contracts / Sales Orders to ensure billing rates and terms are accurate; flag and clarify inconsistencies. \nVerify and analyse incoming billing requests, billing task, and related queries. \nEnsure timely and accurate invoice generation in accordance with company policies. \nCoordinate with internal and external departments to obtain complete supporting documents for billing. \nMaintain accurate billing records and assist in improving billing process efficiency. \nSupport ad hoc billing-related projects as needed.\nSupport project teams with administrative requirements when necessary. \nPrioritize and resolve customer disputes, including root cause analysis and ensuring SLA compliance. \nLiaise with internal teams for dispute resolution and track closure. \nCoordinate with customers for deposit refunds and access balance before account closure.\nTo be considered, you’ll need:\nEducation: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.\nExperience: Ideally with at least 1 year experience in related role.\nSkills:Intermediate user for Microsoft Excel - able to use lookup functions & pivot.\nGood analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nGood oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and external parties.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nProactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.\nGood interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.\nAble to adapt to changing priorities and handle ad hoc assignments or project-based tasks with flexibility.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.\n\nOur Commitment to You\nAt Time, we believe great work deserves great support.
