This role ensures network reliability and service quality through fiber optic installation, testing, troubleshooting, contractor supervision, and compliance with company standards and safety requirements.\nYour Work Life:\nPerform fiber splicing, testing, fault localization, troubleshooting, and restoration activities to meet service quality and MTTR targets.\nConduct site surveys, inspections, and support OSP network design, route reviews, and project planning activities.\nSupervise and coordinate contractors, utility providers, and stakeholders to ensure safe, quality, and timely project execution.\nMonitor OSP construction, installation, testing, acceptance, and maintenance works in compliance with company and industry standards.\nMaintain accurate network records, documentation, databases, and reporting through designated systems and platforms.\nEnsure compliance with safety, health, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.\nTo be considered, you’ll need:\nPossess at least a Certificate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field).\nHave knowledge of fiber optic cabling, troubleshooting, and network operations, with 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.\nBe willing to work on standby and outside normal working hours when required.\nDemonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure.\nBe proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with good verbal and written communication skills.\nOur Commitment to You\nAt Time, we believe great work deserves great support.
