Acting as the primary operational liaison between installers and internal stakeholders, the role ensures installations are executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards while providing timely resolution of operational issues.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDelivery CoordinationCoordinate the end-to-end execution of residential solar installation projects from pre-installation planning through post-installation support.\nMonitor and drive installation progress to ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned timeline.\nEnsure all required activities are completed before, during, and after installation.\n\nInstallation Journey ManagementOwn and monitor the installation journey across key milestones:D-7: Installation readiness review\nD-1: Final installation confirmation\nD0: Installation execution\nD+1: Documentation and job closure, monitoring\nD+7: Punch list / outstanding issue follow-up\nD+30: Post-installation review and health check status\nCoordinate with relevant departments to resolve any gaps affecting milestone completion.\n\nInstaller ManagementServe as the single point of contact for all appointed installers during project execution.\nCoordinate daily communications with installers on scheduling, technical clarifications, documentation, and operational matters.\nMonitor installer performance, productivity, and compliance with company requirements.\nSupport installer onboarding, engagement, and continuous operational improvement.\n\nScheduling & Resource PlanningCoordinate daily and weekly installation schedules.\nMonitor installer capacity and optimise resource allocation to maximise installation throughput.\nCoordinate schedule changes arising from weather, customer requests, material availability, or operational constraints.\n\nSite Escalation ManagementAct as the first level of operational escalation for site-related issues.\nCoordinate timely resolution with Engineering, Fulfilment, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and installers.\nEscalate critical issues promptly to the Head of Technical Operations with recommended actions.\n\nInventory & Material CoordinationCoordinate inventory availability to support scheduled installations.\nMonitor material readiness and ensure timely delivery of required materials and consumables.\nWork closely with Supply Chain to minimise installation delays due to material shortages.\n\nOperational Monitoring & ReportingTrack installation progress, job completion, and outstanding actions.\nMaintain operational dashboards and KPI reports.\nMonitor installation cycle times, installer utilisation, backlog, and completion performance.\nEnsure accurate and timely submission of operational documentation.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\n2-5 years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, field service operations, or a similar role.\nStrong organisational and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication and coordination abilities.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.\nExperience in the solar, electrical, construction, utilities, or telecommunications industry is an added advantage.\nAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.\nOur Commitment to You\nAt Time, we believe great work deserves great support.
