You will explain the solution and offering to customers in a clear and concise format with the goal of convincing them to buy the solution and services offered.\nYour work life:\nSupport the sales team to secure business prospects and increase the company revenue.\nQuery prospects to qualify sales opportunities in conjunction with sales team in order to accurately determine product fit, size and probability of success.\nConduct presentations with customers.\nAssist in expanding and maximizing the sales opportunities.\nConduct in-depth needs analysis with prospect technical staff to determine technical requirements and solutions.\nDevelop high-level design and architecture of prospect solutions based on appropriate sizing, resiliency and best practices guidelines.\nLeverage in house telco services and customization solution to develop services and solution for customer.\nResponsible for RFP/RFI/Proposal/HLD preparation, solution architecting and design, training, project management, guidance & planning.\nAddress high volume of prospect questions and requirements in a quality driven, comprehensive manner to ensure prospect satisfaction - solutions will come from personal knowledge/experience, co-workers, knowledge systems.\nConduct internal product training for sales staff, presales team and other organisational.\nTo be considered, you’ll need:\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering or any related field.\n Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant technology (Network Services, Security Services and Cloud Services).\nTechnical Skills:Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching, SDWAN, Cybersecurity services and Telco products.\nGood understanding in SOC services, MDR, EDR, Threat Intelligent and cybersecurity services.\nIdeally with experience in MPLS and Telco Solution.\nIdeally with experience in Wireless Solution.\nIdeally with experience in Managed Services and SDWAN technology.\n\nSoft Skills:Good understanding of customer business strategies, needs, and opportunities.\nGood communication and written skills in English.\nGot sense of urgency and capable to handle tense situation.\nCandidate with CCNP/CCDP or equivalent is highly preferred.\n\nOur Commitment to You\nAt Time, we believe great work deserves great support.
