This role blends sales account management with\nin-store marketing execution. You’ll maintain relationships with key\naccounts, educate budtenders and managers, execute eye-catching\nmarketing displays, and bring Timeless to life through in-store\nactivations, events, and takeovers.\nThis is a field-heavy position requiring 20-30 account visits per\nweek, plus regular events and weekend work. You’ll be out in the market\nmaking connections, driving sales, and ensuring Timeless is top-of-mind\nin every store we serve.\nResponsibilities\nAccount Visits & Relationship Building\nVisit 15-30 tier accounts weekly, prioritizing top accounts 2-4x per month.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with budtenders, general managers (GMs), and assistant inventory coordinators (AICs).\nEducate store staff on product drops, artists, deal days, incentives, and upcoming events.\nDeliver swag and occasional food/drink drops to keep teams engaged and excited.\nMaintain and enhance product visibility - clean, stock, and set up displays using a fully stocked car kit.\nEnsure marketing is properly displayed on TVs, kiosks, menus, and pedestals.\nOn Sites / Takeovers\nPerform 1-2 in-store activations per day on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (12-2pm and/or 4-7pm).\nDrive sales during activations by engaging customers, upselling Timeless, and offering education.\nProvide swag to customers who purchase Timeless during events.\nEnergize and motivate store staff with updates, incentives, and product knowledge.\nEvent Support\nAttend and support Timeless-owned or partnered events (e.g., concerts, non-cannabis pop-ups, dispensary events).\nAdapt messaging for different event types and audiences.\nEvening and weekend availability required.\nMarket Intelligence\nIdentify opportunities for improved visibility and sales in-store.\nTrack competitor activity and market trends.\nCollaborate with sales and marketing leadership to adjust tactics and strategy.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1-3+ years in sales, brand ambassadorship, or account management (cannabis industry experience a plus).\nOutgoing, positive, and confident communicator.\nSelf-starter with excellent time management and organization skills.\nAble to lift and transport marketing/event materials.\nComfortable with frequent statewide travel and weekend/evening work.\nValid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to be a “road warrior.”\nFull-Time Benefits\nInsurance Benefits:\nHealth Insurance (company sponsors up to 50% of employee premiums)\nDental Insurance (company sponsors up to 50% of employee premiums)\nVision Insurance (company sponsors up to 50% of employee premiums)\nDisability Insurance\nCritical Illness Coverage\nAD&D Life Insurance\n$50,000 Company Provided Basic Life Insurance\nTime Off Benefits:\nA minimum of 10 paid holidays each calendar year\nSick time -
