Requirements:

  • Active General Liability Insurance, Workers Comp, and Auto Insurance
  • Active LEAD Certification and OSHA 10 Certification
  • Active Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor Registration
  • Proven experience in your trade with reliable, skilled crews
  • Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
