• You will be fully integrated into our consulting teams and work on projects, including direct contact with our clients (e.g. Siemens, Deutsche Bahn, Bosch, KfW, Leben leben)
• Support of workshops
• Participation in the creation of high-quality offers with interesting concept work
• Responsibility for own small projects
• Participation in the design and optimisation of internal processes

What you bring to the team…

• Initial experience in the consulting sector
• Enjoy designing, thinking along and contributing new ideas
• Sociability and empathy in dealing with people
• Business fluent in German
• An advanced or completed degree
