experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.\n\nStrong HR generalist background with hands on experience across multiple HR functions.\n\nProven expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, and workplace investigations.\n\nStrong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.\n\nExperience partnering with senior stakeholders in fast paced organizations such as fintech, technology, digital banking, or startups.\n\nExperience in multinational or regional organizations is a plus.\n\nSkills\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.\n\nStrong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem solving capabilities.\n\nHigh integrity, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential matters.\n\nExcellent spoken and written English with confidence working with regional stakeholders.\n\nStrong communication, leadership, and execution
