and trade-offs.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n8+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading Product Managers and complex product organizations.\n\nProven track record of defining product strategy and delivering products that drive significant customer and business impact.\n\nStrong leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams.\n\nDeep understanding of digital products, customer experience, product discovery, and Agile product development.\n\nStrong business acumen with the ability to connect product investments to business outcomes.\n\nExcellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.\n\nExperience in fintech, digital banking, financial services, or technology companies is highly preferred.\n\nStrong ownership mindset and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth
