In this role, you will sit at the intersection of data, product, and business - turning raw data into actionable insights that drive decisions across the company. You will own both ad-hoc analytical work and the development of scalable dashboards on our Business Intelligence (BI) platform, partnering closely with Product, Business, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to solve real problems with data.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development\nDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and reports on the company BI platform to track key business and product metrics.\n\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across BI outputs for all stakeholder groups.\n\nContinuously improve dashboard usability and relevance based on evolving business needs.\n\n2. Ad-hoc Analysis & Insight Generation\nRespond to ad-hoc data requests from Product, Business, Ops, Customer, and other teams with timely, well-structured analysis.\n\nProactively surface insights - identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities - rather than waiting to be asked.\n\nTranslate complex analyses into clear, concise narratives appropriate for both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\n3. Cross-functional Collaboration\nPartner with Product Managers to define, track, and interpret product KPIs and funnel metrics.\n\nSupport Business and Operations teams with performance reporting, campaign analysis, and operational efficiency metrics.\n\nWork with Engineering and Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines and event tracking are correctly instrumented for analytical needs.\n\n4. Data Quality & Governance\nIdentify and escalate data quality issues; collaborate with Engineering to resolve them upstream.\n\nDocument data definitions, metric logic, and analytical methodologies to ensure consistency across the organization.\n\nContribute to the development and maintenance of a shared metric framework and data dictionary.\n\nQualifications\n3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Product, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a tech, fintech, or digital product company.\n\nStrong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across large datasets.\n\nHands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using BI tools (Holistics, Metabase, Superset, Looker, Tableau, or similar).\n\nSolid foundation in analytical thinking - ability to frame problems, structure analysis, and draw sound conclusions from data.\n\nStrong communication skills - ability to present findings clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience in fintech, banking, or consumer financial services.\n\nWorking knowledge of data pipeline tools and data warehouse concepts (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, dbt, etc.).\n\nExposure to A/B testing and experiment analysis methodologies.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBeyond technical skills, we value analysts who are genuinely curious - people who ask ‘why’ before ‘how’, challenge assumptions, and are not satisfied with surface-level answers.
