So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.\nAs the Client Partner Account Specialist you will:\nAccount Management: Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.\nProgram Support: End to end management of account projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients..\nData Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations that deliver insights to both clients and internal teams.\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with channel teams, such as SEM, SEO, Social, Display, to ensure that client solutions are aligned with overall business goals.\nClient Communication: Serve as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring that clients receive timely updates on project progress and outcomes.\nProfessional Qualifications:\n2-3 of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.\nFamiliarity with multiple digital platforms and how they work together. Google analytics. Project management tools\nDemonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions\nAdvanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams. \nWe operate on a flexible hybrid model, but we love seeing our team!
