Most of the role is hands-on work at our warehouse: packing, shipping, and tracking booth materials and swag for events across the country, often with several shows in motion at once.\nYou'll also support our CEO at local Austin events, including conferences where they're attending or speaking. Some of these fall on evenings or weekends.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPack and ship booth kits, signage, collateral, and swag to conferences and events\n\nBuild and maintain a tracking system for what ships to each event, what returns, and in what condition, including overlapping events that share materials\n\nKeep a running inventory of all event materials and swag\n\nFlag low stock early enough to reorder before it becomes a problem\n\nLog damaged or missing items and recommend replacements\n\nCoordinate shipping deadlines with venues, advance warehouses, and carriers (FedEx, UPS, freight)\n\nUnpack, inspect, and restock returned materials after each event\n\nSupport our CEO at local Austin events: booth setup and teardown, check-in, materials, and making sure everything they need is where it needs to be\n\nStay in lockstep with the events team on upcoming shows, timelines, and changes, and anticipate what's needed before anyone has to ask\n\nPart-Time Details\nPart-time, about 20-30 hours/week, with some flexibility around event deadlines\n\nWeekend and evening availability required for local events, based on the event calendar\n\nPay: $19 - $25 USD per hour\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nExceptionally organized.
