The ideal candidate brings strong table games knowledge, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with integrity in a fast-paced casino environment.\nIf you’re passionate about casino operations, team leadership, and outstanding guest service, we invite you to apply!\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and Develop the Team\nSupervise Table Games Dealers and assigned associates throughout daily operations.\nAssign dealers to tables and adjust staffing to meet business needs.\nCoach, train, and provide ongoing feedback to promote accuracy, professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional guest service.\nSupport associate onboarding, performance evaluations, attendance monitoring, and the enforcement of departmental standards.\nHelp foster a respectful, accountable, and service-focused team culture.\nOversee Table Games Operations\nCoordinate table openings and closings, fills, credits, payouts, chip inventory, and other gaming transactions.\nMonitor table activity to ensure games are conducted accurately, fairly, and according to established procedures.\nVerify game activity and transactions in accordance with company policies and internal controls.\nMaintain a visible presence on the gaming floor to support operational efficiency and a positive guest experience.\nStay informed about promotions, special events, and changing operational needs.\nProtect Game Integrity and Ensure Compliance\nEnforce company policies, approved game procedures, internal controls, and applicable gaming laws and regulations.\nIdentify and address procedural errors, irregularities, suspicious activity, and potential violations.\nMaintain accurate logs, reports, and required documentation.\nSupport compliance with Title 31, anti-money laundering requirements, responsible gaming practices, and other applicable regulatory standards.\nPartner with Surveillance, Security, Cage, and other departments to resolve operational, security, and compliance concerns.\nAssist with investigations involving gaming irregularities, associate incidents, and guest complaints while maintaining confidentiality.\nDeliver Exceptional Guest Service\nRespond to guest questions, concerns, and game disputes with professionalism, fairness, and sound judgment.\nResolve routine issues promptly and escalate unusual or unresolved matters to Table Games Management.\nPromote a fun, welcoming, and entertaining atmosphere while maintaining the integrity of every game.\nServe as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and outstanding service.\nRequired Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:\nEducation: High school diploma or GED required.\n Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of Table Games experience required.\nGame Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and ability to manage the games required for the assigned shift, including either:Blackjack and Craps;
