Candidates must be comfortable working during peak business hours, including weekends.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and inspire your team: Supervise, coach, train, and develop front-of-house food and beverage associates to deliver excellent service.\nCreate memorable guest experiences: Be a visible presence on the floor, engage with guests, address concerns promptly, and turn service challenges into positive experiences.\nKeep operations running smoothly: Oversee daily service across assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient operations and consistent service standards.\nSet your team up for success: Conduct pre-shift meetings, assign stations, communicate expectations, and ensure associates have the information they need to succeed.\nManage staffing and scheduling: Coordinate schedules, monitor staffing levels, address call-ins and scheduling conflicts, and help maintain efficient labor costs.\nBuild a positive team culture: Support associate development, address workplace concerns, recognize strong performance, and promote teamwork and accountability.\nMaintain compliance: Ensure all operations follow company policies, procedures, applicable New York State alcohol and Lottery regulations, and gaming requirements.\nPartner with leadership: Communicate operational updates, staffing needs, guest concerns, and other important matters to management.\nStep in where needed: Provide hands-on support during peak periods and assist across property outlets to ensure outstanding service.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a confident, approachable leader who enjoys working alongside their team and knows how to balance excellent guest service with effective operations.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nTwo or more years of restaurant or food and beverage service experience preferred.\nPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferred.\nAn associate's or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to lead a team, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable regulations, or the ability to learn and apply them.\nAbility to work a schedule primarily consisting of evenings, nights, and weekends.\nAbility to obtain and maintain the required gaming license.\nAbility to work on your feet for extended periods and meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving items as required.\nWhy Join Our Team?\nWe believe taking care of our associates is just as important as taking care of our guests!
