and ensure alignment among all parties.\n\nVendor & Budget Management.\n\nManage end-to-end vendor engagement including RFP, TOR, evaluation, negotiation, contract review, and performance monitoring.\n\nTrack and control project budget, invoices, and cost control against approved budgets.\n\nGovernance, Compliance & Quality.\n\nEnsure all project activities comply with internal IT governance, security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., Bank of Thailand).\n\nEnsure proper quality management, testing processes, and deliverables acceptance.\n\nFollow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and PMO frameworks as required.\n\nSupport audit, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments related to responsible projects.\n\nTechnical Coordination.\n\nWork closely with technical teams (system engineers, developers, infrastructure, network, security, QA) to ensure solution feasibility and readiness.\n\nUnderstand high-level technical architecture, integration, data flow, and dependency impacts.\n\nSupport troubleshooting and issue resolution during development, testing, and rollout.\n\nQualifications.\n\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.\n\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum, SDLC.\n\nGood knowledge of IT concepts: SDLC, application development, API integration, databases, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, design thinking.\n\nExcellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making.\n\nAbility to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple concurrent projects.\n\nGood command of English (written and spoken).\n\nExperience.\n\nMinimum 5-7 years of experience in IT project management or equivalent roles.\n\nTrack record in delivering medium to large-scale IT projects.\n\nExperience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.\n\nExperience managing project budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, and resource planning.\n\nExperience using project management and collaboration tools such as: Jira, MS Project, Miro.\n\nExperience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.\n\nKnowledge of IT governance, IT security, audit processes, outsourcing, and regulatory compliance is a plus.\n\nCertifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP (for Agile environments), PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL are
