This role combines demand generation, accoun-based marketing, digital marketing, and event-driven engagement programs.\nResponsibilities\nDemand Generation & Regional Campaign ManagementTranslate DACH business priorities into quarterly and always-on campaign plans.\nManage campaigns from audience definition and channel mix through launch, optimization, nurture, sales follow-up, and reporting.\nBuild scalable nurture and re-engagement programs that support progression through the enterprise buying journey.\nAdapt messaging and campaign experiences for German-speaking audiences while maintaining alignment with the broader EMEA strategy.\nPartner with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and regional stakeholders to activate priority themes and use cases.\nAccount-Based MarketingPartner with Sales to define target account lists, account tiers, buying groups, engagement plays, and success criteria.\nExecute coordinated ABM programs across advertising, content, webinars, roundtables, email, and sales outreach.\nMonitor account engagement and intent signals and recommend actions to accelerate account progression.\nSupport the development of personalized programs for strategic German and DACH accounts.\nDigital Channels & ConversionCollaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and other digital demand generation initiatives.\nSupport campaign targeting, webinar promotion, content syndication, and conversion optimization.\nEvents & Regional ProgramsPlan and support webinars, executive roundtables, virtual events, and selected in-person events across EMEA, with a primary focus on the DACH market.\nCoordinate event promotion, target account outreach, registration, lead capture, and post-event nurture activities.\nWork closely with Sales to identify priority attendees and accounts and create coordinated pre-event and follow-up plays.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field\n4-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, ABM, or integrated regional marketing.\nNative or fluent German, with strong professional English communication skills.\nDemonstrated experience building campaigns for the German or DACH market that contribute to qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.\nExperience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.\nPractical experience with webinars, virtual events, trade shows, executive events, content syndication, and integrated event follow-up.\nExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.\nFamiliarity with intent and ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, G2, or similar.\nStrong analytical, project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nComfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving
