Led by a team of former CTOs with multiple exits, former bank operators and former regulators, we're seeking a Client Partner to be the primary relationship owner between Titan and our banking clients, guiding them from onboarding through successful adoption and scale.\nWhat you'll do\nServe as the primary post-sale point of contact for key client stakeholders, owning the relationship from kickoff through successful adoption\n\nManage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities across accounts without losing quality or momentum\n\nLead client calls, executive meetings, and kickoff meetings - setting the agenda, driving decisions, and keeping momentum\n\nChampion the client perspective internally - distilling feedback into clear product signals and working directly with Titan's product and engineering teams to shape roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvement\n\nPartner closely with Titan's Forward Deployed Engineers as the strategic client lead throughout the full delivery lifecycle\n\nIdentify and explore potential high-value use-cases and expansion opportunities in collaboration with senior client stakeholders\n\nLead enablement sessions with users and key stakeholders, building the AI literacy and advocacy needed for lasting adoption\n\nProject-manage platform onboarding, implementation milestones and priorities - tracking progress, surfacing risks, and keeping engagements on schedule\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, status reports, and escalation paths for client stakeholders\n\nRequired qualifications\n3+ years of experience in technology implementations, program management, product management, or customer success\n\nProven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end\n\nStrong executive presence - comfortable owning executive meetings, navigating organizational dynamics, and representing Titan at the leadership level\n\nExperience in product or program management; able to think in milestones, owners, and outcomes\n\nHighly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration\n\nHigh agency and extreme ownership - you identify what needs to happen and make it happen without waiting to be directed\n\nBanking or fintech experience a plus\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive compensation (salary + meaningful, pre-Series A equity)\n\nRemote-first culture with opportunity for in-person collaboration\n\nUnlimited PTO\n\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage (100% of employee premiums paid by Titan)\n\nWhy Titan\nWe're building the AI platform for banking because many of the two million people employed by 4,000+ banks in the United States cannot safely and securely use bleeding edge AI tools at work.
