Legacy Wall Street institutions still dominate private wealth, gatekeeping their services behind extremely high minimums, janky user experiences, and layers of fees. They are, in our opinion, the \"final boss\" of consumer fintech.\nOur belief: every American deserves an elite wealth team navigating their capital, delivered at the cost and speed only humans working in harmony with AI can unlock.\nAt heart, we're a small pack of hard-working rebels operating at the intersection of engineering craft and high-stakes financial precision. Every person here is a calibrated bet on what we're building next. Our mission is to rebuild what a wealth management firm means, from the ground up, brick by brick, leveraging technology across the entire stack, so that AI lets one wealth advisor deliver what used to take a team, serving clients a Wall Street team never could have reached.\nWe're backed by a16z and Sam Altman, and currently power over $1 billion in assets under management.\nWhy Join Titan\nFor the right person, this will be one of the most rewarding roles they ever have.\nLegacy-defining vision. Private wealth in every pocket isn't an incremental product. It’s not B2B automation. It’s a “before & after” moment in money.\n\nThe time is now. LLMs just unlocked what was impossible five years ago: truly personalized wealth management for everyone.\n\nOutsized decision making. We're a small team by design. Every hire is precise, every role carries real weight, and your decisions disproportionately shape what we become.\n\nBuilt in person, in the trenches. We're a high-touch, high-tempo group that works side by side. You’ll see our founders working in the trenches with the team everyday.\n\nOwnership in every sense. Competitive cash and well-above-market equity. We believe in identifying only exceptional talent and compensating them generously.\n\nWorld-class backing. Investors who share the bold vision: a16z, General Catalyst, Accel, Y Combinator, Sam Altman, Paul Graham, and more.\n\nRole Overview\nTitan's visual identity is the first thing clients see. It draws people in, wins over great partners, and gets people excited about their financial future. As our Brand Designer, you'll own how Titan looks everywhere: web, social, campaigns, decks, merch, and the product itself.\nThis role is for an early-career designer with great taste who makes a lot of work and wants real ownership. You'll work directly with our founders and head of design who care deeply about design and will give you the room to make calls. Together, we move fast, and work together in person in Greenwich village New York.\nWhat You'll Do\nBrand\nGrow the Titan brand into a full system: type, color, layout, imagery, and the guidelines that hold it together\n\nBuild templates and components so the rest of the team can make things without breaking the brand\n\nDesign decks, one-pagers, and partner materials\n\nMarketing and social\nOwn how Titan looks on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and wherever we show up next\n\nMake graphics, motion, and templates for launches, campaigns, and events\n\nKeep everything consistent while pushing the look forward\n\nProduct\nWork with product and engineering to bring the brand into the app, from small UI details to new features\n\nQualifications\nYou have 0-3 years of brand or visual design experience.\n\nYou have a public portfolio site, and the work in it fits where Titan's brand is going.\n\nYou've built or extended a brand system, and you can explain the thinking behind it.\n\nYou have range across brand, web, and product.\n\nYou can take a project from brief to final on your own, and you turn work around fast without the quality slipping.\n\nYou like trying new tools, and you're comfortable with some mix of motion, generative code, and AI.\n\nYou're excited about consumer finance.\n\nBonus\nMotion, video editing, or type-heavy design work","description_format":"text","description_chars":3987,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Equity"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Asset Management & Funds","Investing Apps & Robo-Advisors"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-20T19:42:24Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":66,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.662,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":40,"reasons":["conf:1","stale_co","urgency","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-23T05:54:15Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":150000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/titan-brand-designer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/titan-brand-designer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-23T14:23:42Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":21564,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-24T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":174611},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=174611"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Ftitan-brand-designer"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Ftitan-brand-designer"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Ftitan-brand-designer"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/titan-brand-designer\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Ftitan-brand-designer"}]}
