You set the strategy, you create the franchises, you write and produce most of it yourself with AI, and you own the outcome: a brand that tech professionals with equity comp recognize and trust, measured in reach, audience, and reputation.\nThis is a senior individual contributor role with a path to Head of Content. On day one you are a team of one with a founder as your most prolific channel. Within a year you have earned the right to hire, and the title that goes with it, by showing that the franchises are growing an audience and that the sales team can see the difference in their calls. You report to Clay (co-CEO) and work daily with Sara (compliance), the wealth advisors and account executives (the source of client stories, objections, and topic ideas), and the growth team running paid.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild content franchises. Launch two or three named, recurring formats (a weekly equity-comp column, a webinar series, a short-form video show, an annual report on how tech employees manage money). Keep what earns an audience; kill what doesn’t.\n\nOwn strategy and the calendar. Decide what Titan says (equity comp, tax, concentrated positions and Titan Diversify, planning for tech households, and why 0.40% full-service beats a 1% RIA or DIY) and run one calendar so every idea ships as five assets.\n\nRun every channel. Own LinkedIn (Clay’s daily posts in his voice, plus growing the company page), Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Show up credibly in r/fatFIRE and the equity-comp corners of X, with no astroturfing.\n\nGrow the newsletter and webinars into lead engines. Write and grow a weekly newsletter tech professionals actually open. Run webinars end to end, coach advisors on camera, and turn each session into four to six pieces.\n\nMake compliance fast. Every client story gets an internal record and every public claim goes through compliance review, with testimonials under the SEC Marketing Rule.\n\nEnable sales. Sit in on calls and give advisors and AEs the explainers, objection-handling pieces, and client stories that close deals.\n\nMeasure and scale. Own the brand dashboard (reach, followers, engagement, branded search, share of voice vs. competitors, and Reddit/X sentiment). Once the numbers justify it, make the case for your first hire.\n\nQualifications\nA real writer. 5+ years in writing or content marketing, including 2+ as a reporter, editor, or staff writer. You can write an RSU tax explainer a Google L6 would forward.\n\nAudience builder. You’ve grown an audience from near zero on more than one platform, and you can bring the numbers, including what failed.\n\nFranchise builder. You’ve created a named, recurring format people came back for, and it shifted how they saw the brand.\n\nAI-native. Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Descript, and gen-media tools are core to how you produce. You can show how they changed your weekly output.\n\nFluent in money. You know equity comp, tax, and investing well enough to catch an advisor’s mistake. You have 2+ years writing about personal finance, investing, or fintech.\n\nSelf-sufficient. You make your own graphics, slides, landing pages, and basic video cuts.\n\nIn-house operator. You have 2+ years inside a company, not an agency. When you see something broken, you fix it and ship.\n\nFast and versatile.
