This salaried exempt position reports to the General Manager. The function of this position is to manage all related Ready Mix production in a multi-site and multi-area.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze all aspects of operations to achieve production budget requirements. \nManage financial aspects of position resolving disputes and verifying expenditures.\nVerify safety, scheduling and production results to ensure commitments are met.\nEnsure that operation remains in compliance with all applicable environmental standards. \nEnsure that a safe workplace is maintained, based on company policies and OSHA guidelines.\nPromote and measure performance of all personnel towards established objectives. Coach individuals to optimum performance building a strong candidate pool for future opportunities.\nConsult daily with all departments to effectively optimize production to ensure customer satisfaction.\nAssure critical activities at location are reviewed and acted upon for desired results.\nAccept responsibility for special projects from conception through implementation and verification of results.\nMaintain and manage all HUB related activities between operations, plants and maintenance to ensure total compliance with all company initiatives, including all initiatives of the State Operations Manager.\nOversee inventory controls to ensure accurate record keeping and total compliance with month end duties for Plant Supervisors.\nQualifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree, AS Degree in business or 7-10 years management experience in production and delivery of ready-mix concrete. \nRequires strong problem solving and decision- making ability. \nMust be able to interpret construction drawings.\nComputer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office in order to create spreadsheets and prepare reports.\nAbility to understand financial reports and prepare budgets.\nMust have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills \nTitan America is a leading employee centric company that is an environmentally and socially progressive heavy building materials company located in the eastern United States.
