benefits\nResponsibilities\nSafety & Continuous Improvement\nPromote and adhere to a Safety-First culture at all times. \nIdentify opportunities for process, safety, and operational improvements and provide feedback to leadership. \nEquipment Operation\nOperate separator machines and load-out systems using touchscreen and automated controls. \nMonitor system performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal, safe, and efficient operation. \nQuality Control\nPerform routine quality testing by weighing and analyzing ash samples. \nAdjust separation processes as needed to meet product quality specifications. \nMaterial Handling & Load-Out\nLoad dry bulk tanker trucks using automated systems, ensuring accurate weights and correct product delivery. \nLoad railcars in accordance with operational procedures, minimizing product loss, dust, and spillage. \nVerify shipping accuracy and maintain proper documentation. \nMaintenance Support\nIdentify and troubleshoot equipment issues, including separator machine performance and system breakdowns. \nPerform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, belt changes, and oil checks. \nAssist maintenance personnel with equipment repairs as needed. \nCommunication & Teamwork\nMaintain clear, timely communication with the Plant Supervisor and team members. \nProvide shift handoff updates to ensure continuity of operations. \nWork collaboratively with coworkers, customers, and site personnel in a professional and positive manner. \nAdministrative Accuracy\nEnsure accurate data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting.\nMaintain attention to detail in all operational and documentation tasks. \nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nBasic computer experience is required (Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).\nBasic understanding of how to operate basic hand tools.\nAbility to understand and execute written and oral instructions and relay instructions to follow-on shifts.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAttention to detail.\nPhysical job requirements include working outdoors with exposure to heat and cold, constant standing and walking, climbing, working from heights as well as lifting up to 25 pounds.\nPreferred Traits:\nSelf-motivated and
