Procurement Buyer

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials, spare parts, tools and services.
Monitor market trends, prices and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and develop alternative sourcing options.
Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms and supplier agreements.
Monitor deliveries, quality and supplier KPIs, ensuring timely corrective actions when needed.
Support category management, procurement strategy and continuous process improvement.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient supply.

Qualifications

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Sales is a must.
Good command of English.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Proactive, well-organised and eager to learn.
Willingness to travel to Zlatna Panega when required (approx. 3 times per month).
