The ideal candidate will have experience in mining, fleet operations, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries.\nResponsibilities\nProcurement & Purchasing:\nCreate, manage, and track Purchase Orders (POs) & Framework Agreements in SAP.\nManage procurement data, pricing, supplier records, and purchasing documentation within SAP.\nNegotiate, implement, and maintain commercial contracts.\nEnsure procurement activities align with company policies, budgets, and operational requirements.\nMonitor order status and resolve supply issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.\nStrategic Sourcing:\nLead strategic sourcing initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain improvements.\nConduct market analysis, supplier evaluations, and total cost of ownership assessments.\nDevelop sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials, services, equipment, and fleet-related requirements.\nSupport category management initiatives and long-term procurement strategies.\nSupplier Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.\nConduct supplier performance reviews and manage supplier scorecards.\nDrive supplier development initiatives to improve quality, delivery, service, and cost.\nResolve supplier issues and implement corrective action plans when necessary.\nLead RFQ / RFP processes from development through award recommendation.\nEvaluate commercial proposals and coordinate cross-functional supplier selection.\nCollaborate with operations, maintenance, finance, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and procurement requirements.\nAnalyze consumption trends and develop procurement plans to support business.\nIdentify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nManage sourcing and procurement activities related to fleet operations, including vehicles, equipment, parts, maintenance services, and vendor agreements.\nSupport fleet lifecycle management initiatives and cost optimization programs.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of procurement, sourcing, or purchasing experience.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\n5+ years of SAP experience, including:Purchase Order creation and management\nFramework Agreements\nVendor management\nProcurement reporting and analytics\n\nPreferred Industry experience within:\nMining, Fleet Management, Manufacturing, Heavy Industrial Operations, Construction Materials or Aggregates.\nProfessional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, CIPS, or APICS.\nExperience sourcing MRO, capital equipment, fleet
