Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role provides strategic and operational leadership for a network of 23 ready-mix plants producing approximately 600,000 cubic yards of concrete annually.\nResponsibilities\nLead all ready-mix plant operations across a 23-plant network serving North Carolina and South Carolina (through the Myrtle Beach market), ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient execution while producing approximately 600,000 cubic yards annually.\nChampion a culture where safety, environmental stewardship, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence are the highest priorities.\nDrive operational excellence by implementing standardized processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices that improve productivity, consistency, asset utilization, and cost performance.\nProvide leadership for plant operations, production planning, staffing, and daily operational execution to maximize efficiency, quality, and customer service.\nPartner closely with the Fleet Manager and Maintenance Manager to maximize fleet availability, equipment reliability, and overall operational performance while collaborating with the Commercial Director and Dispatch Manager to align production capacity and delivery execution with customer demand.\nDevelop and execute operating plans, budgets, and capital improvement priorities that support business objectives and long-term growth.\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability for safety, production, quality, operational efficiency, customer service, and financial performance.\nLead, coach, and develop Area Operations Managers, Plant Managers, and frontline operational leaders while building organizational capability, employee engagement, and succession strength.\nPartner with Quality Control, Technical Services, and Corporate functional leaders to ensure consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives.\nLead capital projects and operational improvement initiatives while identifying and implementing technologies and best practices that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and overall business performance.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant industry experience will be considered.\nRequired Skills\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience within ready-mix concrete, aggregates, cement, construction materials, or a comparable industrial manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrated success leading geographically dispersed, multi-site operations with responsibility for safety, production, quality, and operational performance.\nProven ability to improve operational efficiency, customer service, asset utilization, and financial results.\nExperience leading organizational change, continuous improvement initiatives, and developing high-performing teams.\nPreferred Skills\nStrong operational leadership with experience managing complex, multi-site manufacturing operations.\nExcellent business and financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve operational performance.\nThorough understanding of ready-mix production, plant operations, logistics, and operational planning.\nProven ability to develop high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach to performance management.\nDemonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence cross-functional teams.\nWorking knowledge of OSHA, DOT, environmental regulations, and industry safety standards.\nExceptional communication, leadership, organizational, and change management skills.\nPay Range and Compensation Package\nTitan America offers a competitive compensation package including a strong base salary with annual performance incentive opportunity.
