If the above resonates with you, keep reading because we believe you could be a perfect addition to our incredible team!\nRole overview:\nWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and performance-driven DSP Partnership Director to lead the implementation, optimization, and measurement of performance campaigns across CTV in the European market.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in CTV advertising and DSPs with a deep understanding of performance marketing, data-driven audience targeting, and campaign optimization. This person will play a key role in ensuring campaigns meet their performance objectives, translating insights into actionable improvements, and driving continuous growth.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead and manage the end-to-end implementation of performance campaigns on CTV, leveraging relevant DSP platforms operating in the European market.\nDefine and activate data segments and audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign relevance and performance.\nMonitor campaign delivery and performance against agreed KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize targeting, bidding, budgets, and campaign execution.\nTake ownership of the percentage of campaigns achieving their agreed performance KPIs, driving continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness.\nDevelop performance reports, analyze campaign results, and translate data into actionable insights and learnings to improve future campaign performance.\nEstablish best practices for campaign implementation, optimization, measurement, and reporting across CTV performance campaigns.\nRequirements\nWhat makes you a great fit:\n10+ years of professional experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, performance marketing, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience managing the implementation of CTV performance campaigns using one or more relevant DSP platforms in the European market.\nStrong understanding of the CTV advertising ecosystem, programmatic buying, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.\nProven ability to analyze campaign data, identify performance drivers, and implement optimization strategies.\nExperience in performance reporting, campaign measurement, and translating results into actionable recommendations.\nAn entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent in English.\nUniversity degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Data Analytics, or a related field.\nBenefits\nReasons to apply:\nCentrally located office in the heart of Barcelona, with public transportation nearby\nCompetitive compensation\nPrivate health insurance\nFriendly, diverse, and international work environment\nOpportunity to work outside of your comfort zone and develop professionally in an exciting and fast-growing CTV industry.\nChange the future of TV!
