If the above resonates with you, keep reading because we believe you could be a perfect addition to our incredible team!\nRole overview:\nWe are looking for a CTV Supply Partnerships Manager to join Titan OS’s UK team, based in London, to support the growth and optimisation of our CTV advertising supply business.\nThe role will focus on managing and developing relationships with key supply partners, ensuring the effective onboarding, integration and performance of advertising inventory across the Titan OS ecosystem.\nWorking closely with our supply partners, sales, product and ad operations teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in maximising inventory performance, revenue opportunities and operational efficiency across the CTV advertising landscape.\nKey responsibilities:\nSupply Partner Acquisition & Onboarding\nIdentify, evaluate, and secure agreements with new CTV content owners, app publishers, streaming services and broadcasters across Europe.\nNegotiate commercial terms (revenue share, CPMs, inventorial access) aligned with Titan OS’s model.\nManage onboarding: integration of ad inventory into Titan OS, technical setup, compliance, ad formats, etc.\nInventory Oversight & Quality Control\nMonitor inventory performance (fill rates, eCPMs, viewability, engagement metrics) and ensure that supply partners meet quality, brand safety, and fraud prevention standards.\nWork closely with product, ad operations, and data teams to ensure seamless delivery of supply-optimising streaming, UI entry points, app experiences.\nEnsure compliance with privacy regulations, data ownership, and partner branding requirements.\nStrategic Development & Growth\nMap out supply expansion strategies: which content types, geographies, or platform partners to target for maximum reach and monetisation.\nStay abreast of industry trends in CTV, streaming, ad tech, programmatic deals, ad formats, and connected device behaviours.\nProvide insights that feed into Titan OS’s content discovery, recommendation, and revenue model evolution.\nPartnership & Revenue Management\nMaintain ongoing relationships with existing supply partners, conducting regular business reviews.\nIdentify opportunities to optimise revenue, including developing exclusive or premium inventory packages, programmatic deals, or new ad formats.\nForecast supply revenues, set targets, and contribute input to Titan OS’s budgeting and growth planning.\nRequirements\nWhat makes you a great fit:\n3-5+ years in digital media / CTV / ad tech supply roles; experience in content owner/publisher partner negotiation and onboarding.\nStrong understanding of the CTV ecosystem: device manufacturers, OTT platforms,\nSSPs, DSPs, programmatic monetisation.\nCommercially strong: able to negotiate favourable deals with a win-win mindset.\nAnalytical skills: ability to monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and make decisions.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills (both internal & external).\nKnowledge of privacy, viewability, ad fraud, and brand safety standards in TV/streaming.\nDesirable:\nExperience working with an OS/platform business (e.g. smart TV OS) or with TV manufacturers.\nFamiliarity with European media markets, local content owners, and broadcasters.\nExperience with programmatic deals (PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, etc.), preferred ad formats in CTV.\nBenefits\nReasons to apply:\nCompetitive compensation\nFriendly, diverse, and international work environment\nOpportunity to work outside of your comfort zone and develop professionally in an exciting and fast-growing CTV industry.\nChange the future of TV!
