This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to employee experience initiatives in a dynamic, fast-growing tech environment.\nKey responsibilities:\nSupport the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.\nAssist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.\nHelp coordinate internal HR communications and documentation (contracts, policies, etc.).\nSupport the administration of benefits, leaves, and employee requests.\nCollaborate on internal initiatives to promote engagement, culture, and employee well-being.\nParticipate in employee relations cases and follow-up, under guidance from the team.\nHelp prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and KPIs.\nWork closely with the wider People team to support ad-hoc projects and process improvements.\nRequirements\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nA Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.\nA strong interest in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and workplace culture.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills and fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).\nA proactive, empathetic, and people-first mindset.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nFamiliarity with HR software tools or platforms (e.g., Factorial, BambooHR) is a plus\nBenefits\nReasons to apply:\nCompensation in line with the internship programme\nOpportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative international environment\nHands-on experience and exposure to real business projects\nOpportunity to learn and develop your skills alongside an experienced team\nChange the future of TV!
