This role is focused heavily on backend SQL development, with an emphasis on T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, stored procedures, and database performance optimization.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop backend code to support business requirements and application functionality\nWrite and modify complex stored procedures using T-SQL\nTroubleshoot and optimize SQL queries and database performance\nDevelop and test database code using the tSQLt testing framework\nResearch and understand existing and legacy code, systems, processes, and workflows\nIdentify and resolve complex technical issues\nParticipate in technical code reviews and address logic, performance, and coding standard concerns\nWork with management and project coordinators to prioritize development work\nEstimate development efforts and track progress through an online ticketing system\nCollaborate with other IT teams and service providers\nMentor and provide technical guidance to other developers\nCommunicate technical issues and solutions effectively with both technical and non-technical teams\nQualifications\nStrong backend SQL development experience;
