Define ITP/ quality plans that may be required for manufacturing, sourcing or customer contracts.\nResearch and document quality improvements, cost-effective methods and process improvements.\nProvide daily technical support to the total organization through the disposition of Quality Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) and solving of shop floor problems with the primary focus on identification of root causes and correction of the process.\nCorrective/preventive actions on internal and customer related issues.\nDevelop procedures, work instructions and forms necessary to comply with the quality system.\nInvestigate and implement special project assignments involving productivity and quality improvements.\nSupports engineering and quality managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.\nFacilitates cross-functional failure mode root cause investigations and corrective /preventive actions.\nAnalyzes reports and returned products and takes corrective measures.\nAssist in training new procedures and document the same.
