The position will report to a Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for the quality assurance and compliance functions of the team members assigned to their accounts. This is a 3rd Shift Overnight Position\nMust have at least 1 year of continuous managerial experience (preferably in security or a related field) to be considered. Must have availability to work the 2nd Shift and hold over if needed.\nResponsibilities for Field Operations Managers include but are not limited to:\n\nTrain team members in customer service, and complete quality assurance and compliance procedures and documentation.\nMonitor and coach staff, including attendance issues, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisal and documentation.\nSupport the HR department and Sr. Operations Manager in hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations.\nRespond to any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.\nCompile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to incidents, personnel activities, and account trends.\nWork a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which includes weekends.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications of Field Operations Managers:\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED).\n2 years of experience as a Security Lead and/or Supervisor, or related experience in a customer service industry, like retail or hospitality.\nAble to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), FOID card, and Driver’s license, including state-accredited training requirements.\nAble to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checks.\nAble to read, write, speak, and understand English.\nAble to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office software.\nPreferred Qualifications of Field Operations Managers:\nBi-lingual is considered a plus.\nPay and Benefits for Field Operations Managers:\n$25.00 / hour based on experience.\nPaid time off and paid holidays.\nMedical and dental insurance.\nOpportunities for career growth and promotion.\nSkills-enhancing training.\nEOE/M/F/D/V","description_format":"text","description_chars":3161,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"high_school","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Dental insurance","Flexible schedule"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Cybersecurity","Professional Services","Real Estate"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T20:50:30Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":34,"reasons":["conf:4","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-09-26T01:25:43Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/titan-security-group-field-operations-manager-security","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/titan-security-group-field-operations-manager-security.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-26T01:25:43Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1413,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":3587,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-27T00:00:00Z"}}}
