You will also work with intermediaries with onboarding clients across to Titan Private Wealth.\nResponsibilities\nProvide secretarial and administrative support to the investment management team in the provision of investments services to clients. This includes, sending letters to clients, taking calls from clients, compiling reports, filing and other administrative duties.\nProvide back-up secretarial support to all other investment management teams.\nMaintain client files and records including new client set up and deletion.\nProcess account opening forms, liaising with compliance, operations and the financial planning team.\nTo provide support with the quarterly valuation process e.g. writing letters to clients, sending valuation emails to clients and third parties.\nProvide information to third parties e.g. SIPP providers, solicitors and accountants as and when requested.\nTo liaise with operations regarding cash movements e.g. fee covers, ISA subscriptions, spousal transfers etc.\nMonitoring daily cash balances, sending cash out to clients/SIPP providers and moving funds between accounts.\nTo provide management information in excel format from suitability logs.\nHelping investment managers in creating presentations in power point.\nAnswer overflow calls from reception/reception cover.\nMaintaining up to date knowledge of company procedures and policies and completing compliance training in a timely manner.\nAny other duties in line with the level and scope of this role.\nEssential Skills, qualities and Experience required:\nMust have gained GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths\nStrong verbal and written communication\nPrevious experience of working in an administrative role\nInquisitive and a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail\nProven ability to work within a team and on your own.\nExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential.\nPrevious experience within the financial services sector is advantageous but not essential.\nEssential Qualifications:\nGood
